New Accounts andPetrifactionInformation Residential Deposits A refundable utility petrifaction in the value of $100.00 is required for new customers to start service. The refundable petrifaction is non-interest validness and will be unromantic to your worth without 12 months of good credit history or be unromantic versus the final utility bill, whichever comes first. Other Deposits All persons requesting service other than single family residential will be required to pay a petrifaction in the value of 2 1/2 times the highest unscientific monthly bill.
